Can anyone take a good guess at what was done to give this car it's stance? It clearly looks lowered to me (i think?). I don't know anything about what it takes to lower these cars. It's the first car in the video.

Also, is that a stock rear spoiler?

Looks like a Boca trunk spoiler and a Brabus Bullit paint scheme on the taillights and some DRLs that I can't remember the company that makes it.

Actually, I don't think it's Boca. It doesn't really curve up. In that case, it looks like a RevoZport trunk spoiler.

That spoiler is not difficult to order, there are a few vendors that sell them, you can also get trunks made with similar shape.
As far is lowering, you can get lowering springs and also coilovers. I myself own a C6 Z06 prior to my current car and I know why you are asking this question. The Corvette uses a bolts to lower the suspension (you have a C6 on your signature).

lol that's funny. my c6 got stolen and i had my heart set on a c6Z06 + an acura tsx for a daily but i won't have room for two cars anymroe so i'm looking to get a daily diver that's fun. i figured the c63 would do the job. lol

soo, will any of the lowering springs make the car sit like that?

looks like it could be the boca design "C63 Big Carbon Trunk Spoiler", although in the lower picture it doesn't seem to stand up as high (curve up).

and is the front lip in this picture the boca design one pictured in the second picture?

what can you spot in this one? painted boca mirror cobras, blacked out grill, front spoiler, black fins on those vents. am i right?

Did a little looking around and I think you're right on the revozport trunk spoiler. it lists at 700 US.
