ANYONE DONE A SATIN WRAP?

Hey guys,
I have an appointment to get my front bumper wrap in satin guard in 2 weeks from Premier Norcal to wrap my front bumper. and then the hood . I got the edition 1 so you guys know its a matte color. What do you think about this process? Any other way to protect front end?

Thanks for any help,
Farhad

I suggest you ask to see a sample of the film installed before you proceed - in my experience, the finish of the wrap didn't match the matte paint very well. It was fine for temporary winter use, but beyond that it was rather unsightly.

I wish I did, but I don't. I only did the hood and it looked bad (much too obvious). I got it from Premier back in 2010; perhaps they have a version that is a better match now?

Really nice car Sir. How has it been taking care of it? any problems or troubles you go threw? and did you find another way to put a wrap on it to protect from rock chips in stuff?

I only had it for a year, but it was great. I honestly never had any rock chips in either the bumper or hood with about 7,000mi driving.

I would buy another matte car in a heartbeat... I miss it, but its not available on the Alabama SUVs.
