Hey guys I want to smoke my tail lights but im not sure what the process is or wat the best option is. I read u can get sticker type tints or can buy a whole new lens with the latter being much more expensive. My car is cavansite blue and I would like ur opinion on which tints would look good. Im a complete newb with the percentages so sorry if i dont understand what u say.

^^^ doubt it.

you can always bring it to a tint shop to get flim applied to the taillights. Less permanent than painting them should you want to go back to stock.

The tails on the 2012 models are so beautiful, I could never smoke them as i did on my previous w204!

Nope, not reversible with out a lot of sandpaper.

Start out with a LIGHT coat, let it try, and see what you think. Add more if desired!

i wouldnt recommend going completely black out against the blue. I think the blue/black would clash badly. If anything go cherry red. half smoked like this…

Heyy thanks guys, i dont want to go completely black, somthing like wat 16niss showed is what I am looking for. I prefer something that is reversible so I can remove it incase it looks bad. Il try finidng some sticker type things.
