Potential New Owner - Some help plz
Hi all,
I just got a call from my friend who works at the dealer. Here's the deal...
Trade in my 10 C300 and 05 E500 for a 09 C63 that costs $50K. I was wondering what insurance might cost on a C63?
Thanks in advance.

I can say my C63 costs the same (+/- a little) as my wife's Toyota Highlander.
Here's a better idea... call your insurance company and ask them

Yeah...don't supply any details. Just assume that insurance is the same for everyone. It's not like your age, driving record, state of residence, and commute will be factors in your insurance price.

If i'm smiling this much at the thought of getting one, I can't imagine what my face would be like when I drive it back.
2009 c63 silver with p2 premium leather package MM performance package with 25k miles for $50k sticker.
That a good price?

But then again it doesn't matter what you paid for it or what it will cost you a month to have it, as long as when you get in the car and your driving it around and you say this car is awesome and you love it.At that point its worth every penny...

I negotiated about 11k off sticker for a new 2011 with nav, leather and other stuff (no dev pack)...about 40 miles on it. I really want the dev pack so I passed on it but it seemed like a good price.
Lm2lg looks to have a good price too from what it looks like depending on options on the car.

I spend more on gas than I do on insurance a month lol...
Actually, when I went from the C350 4MATIC to the C63, my insurance went down! Go figure...

I'm also looking for a sweet 63. For me, the price you mentioned is a little high, to me would be around the 45-47k. I'm also looking on that same price range. You do need to do your homework, compare prices and, overall, look at the car condition.
Last Sunday I went to test a 09 C63 with 40k miles, under warranty still, very good condition in and out. Price: 42k. When I turned the key, immediately recognized a misfiring, since the car started wobbling. Something was very wrong. I drove the car, and the throttle was really sluggish. I don't want to spend that amount of money on a possible trouble, so I walked away. Still looking though...
Have fun! I really love the hunt
