Curb rash / Tires of different widths?

Got some curb rash on the highway today (long story) but I was wondering how bad is it to run a 235 and a 245 up front? I just bought new tires not too long ago, don't really feel like buying another 2 right now. I still have 1 stock pirelli front passenger side with about the same mileage as my current contis, although not sure about the sidewall, I'd have to check tomorrow. Would it matter?

Will this be good for a while? Or is bad for the car?

Also, regarding the curb rash I read in another thread somewhere on the internets that this particular finish on our rims (old 18" AMG) rim is hard to replicate when repairing a rashed rim? Anyone get theirs fixed and possibly have before and after pics or comments?

I do not think it's the width that will screw anything up, but the fact that the 245 will run taller then the 235...that could be a problem. I would just bite the bullet and buy another 245...sell your used stock set to fund the new 245
