Off Topic: Mazda 787B recording

Hey Guys,

This is in no way Mercedes related, but Microsoft posted a video of the sound recording session for the Mazda 787B they did here at the shop. This matters to me (and you dammit!) because I made the axle spacers to adapt the car to the DynaPaks they run at Church's (who I share space with). At top speed they were turning 13000rpm... Scary. And awesome.

Josh

Yeah, I totally remember when you posted that... The 787 is way more raw. When they were warming it up I was checking the bolts on the spacers and it backfired and practically knocked me down. It really was one of the loudest things I've ever heard. There were, like, 20 people here from Mazda, Microsoft, the shop guys, etc. just standing around mesmerized when it was running. Definitely an experience I'll never forget.
