i was doing 30 over the limit...its not a huge amount but comes with a $300 fine and 3 points...so i gotta take it to court and fight it

depends on the camera system, they have been tested with cars doing 200 and still got a clean shot.

some may not be able to photograph something going over 140.. not sure

Got pulled over by CHP 2 weeks ago, luckily he let me off with a warning.

You will save more money if you go with option number 2 on the ticket. My brother just did that for the same ticket and it was reduced to a $110 minor conviction. If the cop got you on radar or laser you probably won't be able to get it thrown out in court and end up with the same result. Good luck with it though!

CHP might have let you off the hook. But the city police is the worst.
I got pulled over by a Pomona City police officer once by driving a Civic at 81 mph on 57

You can’t outrun the speed camera no matter what people tell you.
It’s been tested many times before with Exotics and even dragsters and the camera always gets a clear shot.
Keeping the maintenance, calibration and film up is costly and the lack of these is usually the only lucky way to escape a fine.
