Canadian vs US prices may vary. Since its a 09 and probably has little to no warranty left + it's definitely wont be a CPO, I would offer low 40s. But that will mean them having to really come down in price. IMO the 51.6k they have on it is closer to a 2010 clean version.

"Thank you for your offer on our stunning 2009 Mercedes Benz C-63! I am sure you are familiar with the incredible performance of the vehicle which makes it one of the most potent sedans in the world. The offer of $43,000 is a substantial amount lower than our asking price. With a little flexibility from both us and you, we can come together to make a very fair deal. Please let me know if we can close the gap closer to $51,600. Thank you and I look forward to earning your business!"
Basically dealer BS.. I answered to him and told him that the car is not a CPO, doesn't have the P30 package and no LSD and that I'm gonna have to purchase an extra warranty for it bla bla bla.. I haven't heard from him yet.

That's what I'd like to pay. I offered 43K because I want to close a deal at 45K. I'm pretty sure no one is going to buy it from them in the next 30 days. We'll see if they reduce the asking price. I can be very patient!

If they don't counteroffer based on the facts you outlined above, then they think they can still sell it for around $50k, which is overpriced for what it doesn't have.
Your points should prove to them that you're no fool and that they can't ask for that price without those options. Hopefully, they'll come back and you can start the hard negotiations.

Idk it this helps but I paid 45k for my 08 with 18k miles.....mine also has MULTIMEDIA PKG , AMG SEATING PKG , PREMIUM 2 PKG , UNIVERSAL MEDIA INTERFACE , TELE AID SYSTEM , IN DASH 6-DISK CD CHANGER , IPOD INTEGRATION KIT and BLACK LEATHER SEAT TRIM...I would hold out and look for a better deal

I live 3 hours away from the dealership. That's a very clean 09 though. I just offered 43K and he said :

to give you a benchmark. I paid around 50k for my 2010 with cdn premium pack(pretty much both of the premium opts listed in the 2009 you are looking at).... very clean and less mileage than the one you have showing.
and since it was with a MB dealer, i went for the extended warranty option too(at an additional cost of course)
hope that helps!
