Ive been seeing a lot of c63's lately, anyone on these boards live around tysons corner area in northern va? It would be cool to have some events like everyone else does in other areas.

FYI, there will be a meet on May 5th there for you all NoVA forks (Reston Town Center 9-ish, then Macy's at 10.) Too bad once again I can't come because I have finals on the 7th...

I live in Alexandria. Always down for a meetup or something. Let me know. When I had my G37 I was always going to little meets or BBQ's with other owners so that would be fun to get in to again.

I'm in Alexandria too and would like to meet up and see what you guys have done with your cars in person. I've had my car in the garage for almost a week now, but can't register it at the DMV until I get the lien release mailed to me...looks like I won't get it until sometime early next week unfortunately.

I might try to make it.. Using 3 tanks of gas just to get there from Annapolis.. if anything I will meet at Tysons.. Reston is a pain for me.

Yeah gotta rep qatar! i go around M street sometimes, it's fun driving around seeing all the obnoxious people revving their cars up and down M street and that stare down when you pass another nice car haha im sure you know what i mean! Would you happen to know his last name? Im still a senior in highschool but i've met a bunch of qataris and emarati's that have some heavily modded c's, pretty crazy what some of them do to their cars. Gotta love that extra attention that borolo red with fob plates gets ya though!

Yeah i used to go to a bunch of meets with my old jeep srt8, you meet some pretty genuine car enthusiasts.

Annapolis is beautiful! And my love for seafood is always satisfied when i visit there . Yeah reston is pretty far even for me and i live in alexandria.

you're here for high school .. wow thats amazing, good for u, im from kuwait ! studying at GWU .. ending my junior year .. senior soon !! i know his last name but dont wanna spread it on the internet .. yeh M st gets disgusting sometimes .. im a low key guy, but unfortunately my car seems to attract arabention (arab attention) ... i left my car on, with my GF in the passenger seat and went to muncheez to get some food .. a guy was standing next to her window, and when i went out to ask him what the deal was, turns out he was waiting for my to get back to my car and ask me if it were for sale :P ... he offered what i paid for it too ... but i cannot think of another car that i like more than MY c63 for that money anyways !!

Yeah, my dads been a diplomat since 94 , ive been contemplating wether i should put diplo plates on the c or not haha but its registered under the embassy, so not much cops can do when they pull me over . Thats great though, how's the u.s experience? I understand exactly what you mean, the arabs can't keep their eyes off a nice car, especially if the driver looks arab or theres a girl in the car . I havn't seen your car in person unfortunately, maybe in the near future yeah? Just tailgate me whenever you see me . From your pictures, it looks absolutely beautiful! Cant imagine how it is in person

hahaha thanks 7aboob .. sure, we should meet up sometime ! maybe at that meet on sunday !! im going, bringing an R8 V10 and TT RS to tag along :P ..
funny story, i know a guy (wont mention from what country) that happens to have diplo plates on a c63 P31 pre 2012 .. he was racing my friend in his R8 (i was in the R8), when a guy that we overtook earlier in the race complained to the cops who were at the traffic light (the end of our race, hope the story is easy to follow :P) .. soo anyways the cops question us, but when my friend gives him his diplomatic immunity card, we're left with a smile and nothing more !! it was amazing ..

Because i saw an slr and a orange r8 v10 at tysons galleria a couple weeks ago. Ahaha, if only you knew the things my immunity card has gotten me out of . Do you happen to know the kuwaiti guy with the red c63 driving around tysons a lot?

It was my fault as I don't have any finals but only projects. I am pretty sure that my adviser will kill me if she knows that I went to the meet instead of working on it...

I live by Tysons. As far as this Saturday goes, I was planning on working at a shop in Tysons to install diffuser, spacers, rotors and brakepads in the morning. Might be down for meetup at 11 if I finish everything in time, but I doubt it.
