I traded my 2010 in a couple weeks ago and they gave me 45K for it (non p31 with 27K). I bought it in May 2011 for 54K. I'd try to get closer to 50K.

2010 C63
I recently picked up a 2010 C63, no p31, 7,000 miles for $53.9k. Perhaps you could knock a couple of grand off due to the higher miles. Your prospect is much closer to running out of warranty due to miles. You have approx 10k miles per year before warranty by time runs out. Will that do?

Thanks guys,on my 2009 they are giving me 40,000,it has 33,000 miles,I thought it will be a good idea to switch to a 2010 specially now that the interest rate is 1.9% compare to the 4.9% I got about 8 months back with the 09,which I bought for 52,500.So you guys think something like 47 or 48,000 is out of the question?

There's a new 2011 being sold for $56000 according to another thread and very possibly could go lower.
