2012 s63 amg exhaust tip for 2012 s500 rear bump?
question:I have a non- amg type 2008 s550 with exhaust tips which are not externally visible - one each side and is tucked under the bumper pointed downwards , i try to replace my rear bumper to 2012 s550 , any one know 2012 rear bumper has enough slots to fit 2012 s63 ,s65 or Lorinser exhaust chrome tips ? do i need to replace 2 entirely exhaust system/muffler sets or just buy the the tips which can be installed to exsited system by cut n weld ? just try to look close to the rear bumper of 2012 s550 of Lorinser type .
Got one answer from member last night :This can't happen without changing the diffuser, i'd buy the tips now if it could.

question to member answer : the 2012 s550 bumper comes with diffuser(dealer told me), did you mean the slot size won't fix the s63 or 65 chrome tip which has two quad openings each side.
the s63, each muffler has 2 pipe extentions ? or one ? since i never seen the s63 exhaust systems
anyone can help? any answer will be highly appreciated .
