Based on price alone, I wouldn't trust this. There is no way you're going to get these kinds of gains from an add-on chip that costs $69. In the past, tuning our cars required the ECU to be physically opened in order to flash the software.
Deal only with the reputable tuning shops you've see on this forum - I recommend Eurocharged as they have an office in South Africa (I assume this would be most convenient for you from a shipping perspective.) They also now offer a remote tuning option that does not require the ecu to be physically opened!
