Modded 2010 Harley Edition F-450 and a '13 S5
Hey guys

Gentlemen. I just ordered a '13 C63 with all the goodies and I was wondering if the black SLS rims will fit on the C class? If they don't, where might I find them other then the AMG catalog? Secondly. Tuning. Who has good reputable tuning available for these monsters?

Thanks
Chris

Doubt the SLS wheels will fit, pretty sure it's a different offset.

I'm happy with my eurocharged tune, they're reputable, and I haven't seen a complaint about them. Everyone's going to have their own opinion on this.

Congrats, and good luck!

Thanks for the reply stangxs. Im trying to a variety of opinions on the tuning aspect. Not new to tuning in general, just with these cars.

I wish I could plug and play with +350hp tunes like I can with my truck.

At what point does the trans become the weak point? Im fairly certain that the engine will be fine at say 550-574 considering it has the same rotating assembly as the SLS.

we offer a handheld unit that interfaces with the car and you can upload a tune in the comfort of your garage. Look at the no need to open ecu thread in the c63 forum.

I've been trying to catch up on reading but there just so much to go through. Now from what I gather these tuning packages "lay over" the stock files as opposed to complete re-writes correct?

depends on the car but yes for the 63 series we overwrite the parts of the code that we modify and leave the existing software.

Make sense?

What about top end hard part mods?

I suffer from acute modditus. And can't leave anything alone.
