Will a tuned 2012 C63 P31 be as fast as a tuned E55?

2006 E55 AMG
Will a tuned 2012 C63 P31 be as fast as a tuned E55?
I guessing a tuned C63 P31 coupe will be 540hp/500tq while a tuned E55 will be 516hp/560tq. Is this correct? If I'm not mistaken, the C63 will still be quicker do to the better transmission and weight advantage?

Tuned C63 P31 will beat any other MBZ other than a Black Series C63, Black Series CLK63, SLR , SLS or the SL65.

beat on the following tuned cars?....um no

wont touch any 65 (S,CL,SL)
Wont touch any TT63
E55 will be in the same hp range once tuned, give or take

I'd say it's a toss up against a tuned E55...those cars have significantly more torque and are no slouches in the 1/4 mile or from a roll.

C&D got a 12.1 for a P31 C63 and a 12.4 for an E55. I'd think with a tune both of those would increase similarly.

He kills me each time but he has more then just a tune.

I only have air filter and a tune.

No. Just no. Step over to the E55 forum every once in a while and get yourself a reality check.

The OP's numbers are also incorrect, those are Close to stock numbers for an E55.
