Lease Advice: 2012 C63 Sedan
Okay guys, need some quick advice. Just searched all over Florida and found a new black 2012 sedan with the Dev Pkg, Carbon Fiber trim, Classic Red, and Multi Media package. The bottom line for this car is $76,825. I was offered a lease for:
$6000 down (total walk away)
$995 a month for 33 months
10,000 per year
Any thoughts on this? I haven't worked the details yet so I'm not sure what the MF is but I have a credit score of 800 so money factor should be one of the lowest. I'm hoping this is similar to what others have paid.

Im not sure what you are paying for the car but if you pay sticker (zero money down to adjust the net cap cost) your depreciation would be 842 dollars (75125 minus 47328 divided by 33). The money factor is .00145 so take 75125 plus 47328 times .00145 and you get 177.56. Add 177.56 to 842 and you a lease pmt of approximately of 1019.56 plus applicable sales tax.
Im not sure if a Florida is an up front state where taxes are collected on the purchase price or if you pay tax on each lease payment. But you can figure that out. I think with 6k down all in you price at 995 is heavy.

What is the sell price? Definitely get the MF as well because dealers like to inflat it sometimes. I bought mine a couple months ago, Im paying $980 for a 33 month/12k lease with 1k out of pocket. MSRP was $70,575 though so much cheaper! I got 5k off. Good luck!
