I just purchase this car brand new a month ago and just hit 1000 miles. I'm now past the break-in period. So I have been trying to see how this thing gets off the line. I am experiencing lag when I push the gas and the car responding and gettin off the line. I've tried this in all modes c, s and m. Some times it responds and sometimes it doesn't. I'm thinking I have a problem and should bring it back to the dealer for an inspection. Has anyone else encountered this problem with your 2011 C63?

I never had a delayed throttle response on my 09 C63 or my BS. If you feel it's a legitimate issue, your car is only a month old, use that warranty.

Simple dumb q, but traction control? If you mash the gas from a stop off the line, you're going to engage TC which will lag you bigtime,or you're going to spin if TC is off.

I was complaining about the same thing a few weeks ago ... on my '10.
I noticed a huge difference in throttle lag when I filled my tank up with good gasoline - 94 octane @ a reputable station. (I know i'm going to get flamed for this post ... but to me not all gasoline is the same)

I figured it could be the traction control. When TC is off in S and C mode I still have the lag. In M mode and TC off it is better.
