2012 Media system Phone book Question

I tried to find out how but I seem to be at a dead end.

On the phone screen you have recent dialed and recent received areas where you can go and see the numbers you have received or dialed.

Question I have is that on 2010 Car I could delete certain or all numbers. It seems that on my 2012 car neither is an option anymore. I use those screen as a kind of extension to my fav.s to i like to keep them clean so I can get to them quicker.

Does anyone know if this option is hidden somewhere or was it just plainly removed from the 2012 models.

Thank you

The 2012 system links everything off your phone via BT, no uploads, etc. I'm fairly certain recently dialed and received is pulled from the phone. Delete the dialed/received #'s off the phone, and they should disappear off the recent calls list.

Glad I can still delete mine so my wife can't find out my GF number

That is what I thought as well. Turns out it does sync. But will only update the cleaned contact list when you disconnect and reconnect or switch the unit off and on.

Woot.

Just tried it in my car, and you're right. It needs a quick COMAND powercycle to resync the updated list from your phone.
