Will it be hard to fix this?

Hi Guys, I can buy these paddles to retrofit in my clk55, but one paddle surround is broken. Would you say it compromizes the functionality and will it be an easy fix? like plastic weld? Or will it just be a cosmetical drawback? ANY input is appreciated!

Unless you know some way to bond that piece back together so that you are guaranteed that it will hold I would not bother with those paddles. The plastic piece is broken such that the paddle is not secure and it likely will not work properly as it will flex when the paddle is pressed. I have never had any luck with repairing plastic so that it will not crack again.

Yeah, don't even bother. A new set like that cost around $110 USD. Get a P/N and do a search...
