Recommended Sun Reflector?
Don't know if MB or AMG has a specific one for the C class/C63. Anyone recommend anything good? 100f is killing me. I enter the car at 9pm to leave work and it's 120+ in the friggin car.

I use the Costco twin-hoop version in my cars but my dealer has an MB accessory item that is like a large beach towel that you lay over the windshield, "silverized" with a Mercedes logo. It has long overlaps on each side so you just let them drape into the door opening and close the doors. IIRC about $30.

Walmart. $12. The one that folds up like an accordion. Works fine for me...also a garage would help but that'll cost much more

(a)'12 C63 P/P, LSD, 19" m/spoke,comfort pack. (b)Astra SRI.
I have posted on this before.
The secret is, that whatever you use, it must be on the OUTSIDE of the windscreen to work properly.....on the inside is no good.....the heat has already entered the car.
So, in Oz, in the absense of being able to buy anything suitable....I made my own "sun protector". I visited a rubber product shop, bought a length of UV resistant thin rubber sheet, cut it to the size of the windscreen, with a couple of little flaps to hold it in via the closing of the front doors....and it works beautifully......keeps the heat out of the car, & also from the top of the dash......and rolls up to virtually nothing, when not in use.
Cheers, Pickles.
