before i call or go to the dealership - to ask them to look at the car (diagnose) about the ringing/whining and then sometimes ticking noise (only happens when starting the car cold - eventually goes away).. again, not sure if this is just normal on this car or something worth checking - just wanted to ask if since this is a CPO car, does the dealership still charge for (any) diagnostic fee? and since i'm there, might ask them to fix the cup holder (that i know should be 'free') right?

i've never had major problems with my previous MB car when it was still under CPO - only one time when I got a code for some evap purge valve, etc that was fixed free.. but never really went in where i have no code, only a video of the car with that noise. they might need to keep the car overnight to have it cold and start it in the following day to get the sound/noise i'm trying to describe.
