Love it or hate it, the two words that always comes to my mind when I see a GT-R are: FAST, RESPECT!

I think the GT-R is one car that is actually faster in real life than it is on paper! 545hp isn't that much when you consider it's 3800+ lbs weight. A car so heavy shouldn't be able to achieve the numbers it does, both in a straight line or around a track. 0-60 in 2.7 secs is faster than a lot of 600+ hp supercars. I think the only cars that come close to it or barely beat it are the Veyron (2.6) and the Aventador (2.8?). Not that 0-60 means much anymore. 0-100 shoud be the new 0-60! I think the GT-R is faster than most supercars till 140mph or so, and then the weight starts catching up. You can't beat a <3000lbs McLaren MP4-12C with 612hp at those speeds.

.... now I feel like going to my local Nissan dealer and test driving a GT-R lol
It's actually one of the only cars atm I can see myself driving if not for the C63 I really really like the styling and performance. I'll get it in black as well lol
grats again!

Thanks all, and yeah I sucked it up on the trade as they only bump it by another $500, but I did get them to throw in some wheel locks and a car cover. I still have to sell my center console, the trunk mat, and my set of winter tires. Yes it is a BE and definitely a bit faster than the C63. The multi-function screens and NAVI are light years better than MB's (and it's voice reg actually works), but the car does have quite a bit more road noise. The trans are not that smooth at low speed, which I fully experienced by spending the first 100 miles stuck in stop and go traffic. I thought I hated black cars, but in real life it looks pretty good, plus it will give me an excuse to have it painted later. BE is definitely a personal choice, as it adds no performance to the machine. Generally I do miss that great sounding NA V8, and it sucks trying to open the GT-R's door with 2 fingers...
If anyone wants my old C63, then please contact John Sisson Motors in Washington, PA. I sold my car at about 5200 miles so it is still pretty new even for a MY2010. I just hope they won't rip people off too much on the mark up.
I am still trying to learn the car, and I will find more odd stuff about it.

p.s. the GT-R is sightly more stable at speed of 100+ MPH, but I do like the steering feel of the C63 better as it feels lighter

Not too much. They were $959 new and were lightly used, so I figure if I can at least get half back I call it even. The question is that I have never ship tires before, so I am not quite sure on how to go about this.
