ignition starter went out..
Hey guys,
has anyone else encountered this problem ever? Ive had the car for right under 2 years only and both of my key's batteries had died on me so i got the battery replaced on both the keys but they never re synced up with the car. And then today when i took it to the dealership to get them synced, they found the ignition starter was bad and then we couldnt even turn the car on while it was there, it completely went out. they are replacing the part for me but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

was it a hassle to get the part replaced and everything re synced up again? the ignition just stopped working right in the middle of the service department so they couldnt even move the car then, all bad.
And on top of that, later today i had an appointment to get my mid pipe and new tires installed to which had to be cancelled

Yeah it was a hassle.
They had to replace the steering column.
Also I have keyless-go so they had to order a special DRT key to program my keys (security measures).
