Piece falling off of bumper?!
I was outside and I noticed a small fastener loose on the bottom of my bumper. I tried pushing it up but it doesnt want to go up... do any of you know how to fix this?

The way these work is the outer pin is inserted into the hole then the inner pin is pushed up to make the outer pin work like a wedge.
