I have seen similar versions with lesser miles and certified warranty for much lesser asking price.

Figure it this way. Most cars depreciate 50% after 4 years. If that car's original MSRP was $80k and it's technically 2 years old by now, that's a 25% depreciation. Therefore their max asking price should be $60k regardless of mileage.

Or it doesn't do anything to the value. But it definitely does not ADD to it.
