I don't think you can order it from Mercedes straight from a build car because I tried before.
These are parts from C63 BS that I ordered!
My local dealership charged over $400 per seatbelt + install, I am not 100% sure what I paid yet and have a sum up soon. They are now installed and pictures are incoming

2013 regular c class came in the other day off the ship with these in it and the red stiching etc..guess that entire package is an avail. option now. it was on a ugly diamond silver car thought with black and silver optional two tone rims

Wow $2k for the car is pretty steep, but I guess it's. Safety item so the price is justified.
But yea, I saw it with my own eyes the red stitching and seatbelts on a c350 coupe. It's the 2013 sport package, and you can see it from the build your car website.
