FS: Lease Takeover 2012 C63 P31 Sedan on 19" AMG V 16 Spoke - and feeler? advice?
First off, this is the most incredible car I have had the pleasure of owning.
It is an unbelievable beast I look forward to every time I get to drive it and I'm rather devastated that I am now considering getting rid of it.
I'm going to be in the market for a new house, I'm currently doing the "drive an $80k car and live in a tiny shoebox condo in Los Angeles deal" but I'm ready for a home. Also I may be looking at a reduction in my income, and cant have both the car and the house.
One day I hope to have another C63 again and yes I've considered just living in the C63.
So if anyone knows someone that may be interested in the car, or if someone has experience with lease takeovers, or feedback on those lease takeover websites out there I'm all ears.
Magnetite Black 2012 C63 P31 Sedan with 19" AMG V 16 Spoke sitting on 245/275 Michelin PSS with only 7220 miles on her.
* Please note the 19" AMG V 16 Spoke wheels are not for sale separately as they will be going with the car.
See the sticker for options, she is pretty much fully loaded including the P31 AMG development package. If you don't know what that is then this car isn't for you.
Perfect like new condition, non smoker, garaged, hand washed.
A few of the pictures show the car with Eisenmann exhaust, I have the stock OEM exhaust and will be putting that back on the car.
Separate post with the Eisenmann exhaust for sale will be coming shortly.
The sounds this car makes will haunt me for the rest of my life.
Base Payment: $1,025.17
Tax: $94.83
Monthly payment: $1,120
Or just pay off the lease for $63,188.96, save a ton of money off of a almost new loaded 2012 P31 C63...
Current mileage: 7220
Total miles allowed: 30,038
Total miles remaining: 22,818
Months remaining: 25
You'll have to pass the Mercedes-Benz Financial credit check, I'll pay the lease transfer fee.
PM me if interested.

That is a moster payment for a lease. You could buy it new and finance it for 72 months with no money down for less of a payment. I guess its good for someone who just wants to play with it for 2 years though.
You should look into sites like leasetrader. Good luck.

I also put about $7k down to get it at this payment, painful.
Yeah, but I'm thinking there will be more interest in the lease swap then someone buying it, the "payoff quote" from mbfs right now is $63,188.96.

Agreed. Remember, the lease factors in depreciation. Your monthly car loan payment does not (since you get hit with that when you actually try to sell).

Nicely optioned car....ours is pretty much the same, except that we don't have the illuminated door sills, but we have the electric rear blind.....somone will end up with a great car, if the financial package suits them.

Thats actually a great lease price for that MSRP....OP must of put $5k or more in cash...
I noticed on here people post cheap monthly payments and lie about putting money down.. I had the dealer run the VINs on a few on lease trader ect with lower payments per month and found that most put $8k or $10k down.

Yes and no... The buyout will be higher than the value since its a new lease.. Basically the lease agreement you are still responsible for paying the financing.. It only makes sense to buy out a lease at or near the end of the term.

I've had good success with swapalease.com. I transferred a couple of bimmer leases pretty quick. You might be able to sell it for more than 63K.

I've got a ton of PM's about selling the 19" AMG V 16 Spoke wheels, they are not for sale and will be going with the car!

Good for you, it's nice to see someone making a mature and adult decision. I'm sure it's not easy to let this beast go, but you're doing the right thing. I'm sure there's plenty of other guys on here that should be making the same decision, but have less sack and bigger egos
Man, the cars I could have without just the daycare payments for my kids alone forget about the mortgage and other expenses I have to be "considered" an adult, albeit a pretty damn spoiled one
Good luck, I think you'll move it quick, it looks like a nicely optioned car!

Gotta keep the ego in check and do whats right, though I am feeling kind of like I've been punched in the stomach considering letting this car go.
All PM's have been replied to!
I've thrown in a $1500 incentive, which if you average out over the remainder of the lease brings the pre tax payment to $965.17 a month.
That is an insanely low payment on a fully loaded P31 C63 $78,000 MSRP car, I know it will go to a good home.

I am going to call the body shop tomorrow but as of tuesday they were still taking my car apart and going over the damages.. I hope its totaled and if it is I am jumping on your offer. Keep praying the idiot hit me hard enough to bend my frame so I dont have to deal with any future mess of having a previously "extensively damaged" car- per the body shop.

Wow...that was short but sweet, P. I know how excited you were by the car. And I totally get the house thing...a lot of people in L.A. are worried about getting left behind (again), which puts more pressure on stock and pricing. Good luck with everything!
