C63 and SLS photo and C63 tyres
Hey everyone,
I am needing to replace the tyres on my C63 and was wondering if Yokohoma was OK or should I go with Continental? The price difference is around $100 per tyre extra for the continentals but if that's recommended, I will go with them. The front 2 were just changed with Continentals but now need to change the rear and was wondering? Any input would be appreciated.
On another note, I went to the service center the other day and came across a kitted out SLS with a nice number plate - photos attached in case any of you are interested.

LOL to be honest with you, it did look at a lot better in person but I believe these cars are just perfect standard. This had a FAB Design bodykit on it.
Any info on my tyres?

Love the SLS actually.. Very unique! Ur C63 looks heavily modded as well.. Post more pics, looks great!
Edit: ur sig says "widened rear arches".. Wow, wanna see that with the oem 19's?

Thanks Guilty - I will check them out. I still have 3,000 miles or there abouts on the rears which are Continental but was just checking our prices today. I'm in Dubai. The Contis are $356 each and the Yokohomas are $246 each. I will check on the PSS and PZero prices tomorrow. Thanks

Thanks Roswell, picked this monster up a few weeks ago and have driven a number of performance cars but this is simply out of this world. Some more photos attached

Wow, props for having such a clean ride!!
Can u elaborate more about ur rear fenders? Are they just rolled or u actually widened them? If so, how many mm spacers are u using in the back?

Get the contis, I have the sportconti 5p and must admit that they are good on the SLS, I had zero on the C63 and thou they are good they are much too soft. I have about 7000k on the SLS with the contis, which include two track days and I am impressed with the wear. When I have to replace them I will stick to the same....btw, they destroyed the classy and elegant lines of that SLS and made it look cheap and cheasy.

Roswell, the rear fenders were custom made by Alex Renner Motors in Dubai http://www.armotors.ae/ and the rear wheels are on 25mm spacers. Thanks for the props!

Thanks Guilty - am definitely considering the CF mirrors - hopefully they can accomodate the built in indicators? With regards to the 2012 rear lights, can you let me know where I can get them?
