Hey all,

Am considering a respray for my car. I have two options, well three.

1) keep to the original and don't paint
2) paint by a different shade of the original - either ligher or darker shade of silver and glossy, or
3) dark matte silver

Was wondering what your thoughts are on this?

Does anyone have any photos of C63 with a dark matte silver finish?

On another note, my front CF lip seems to have been scratched or got a silver mark on it (attached photo). What can I do to remove that?

Cant tell from the scratch,but if its above the surface, i would try and buff out.
If its beneath the clear coat, i would break out the sharpie pens

Painting a car whether in a accident or not hurts the value. I would wrap it in a film
My freind did a wrap in 3M matte balck film three years ago. he has driven across the country twice and it still held up. The best part is when your done, you can peel it off.

$1000 for a wrap is a very good price. That's a sponsorship deal in Poland. Normally it costs here $1400.


And BTW, your matte silver is IMO the best color for a C63 You can get

But they're the best now in the ME, $4K is insane but you get an amazing job I saw some of the cars that you couldn't tell that these cars were wrapped.

Yeah I hear they're good but 4k, well actually 4.8k is pretty absurd and insane.

I've found a place to do it for $1000.

Am gonna get a dark matte silver wrap
