To those of you that use Fletcher Jones Newport Beach for service:

Which SA (Service Advisor) do you use when you take your AMG there for service?

Maybe if we all used the same one or two SA's and mention this forum, the dealerships might take people, comments and ideas on these forums more seriously.

As for me, I've only been there once (LSD oil change) and my SA was Sean Nguyen. Nothing outstanding to note about him. In fact I didn't feel like he knew AMG' very well.

My suggestion would be to skip FJ altogether. They tried to charge me for something that was covered under warranty at MB Laguna Niguel.

I lived in Irvine off 405 & 5 so both took about the same amount of time to get to.

If you decide to go to Laguna Niguel, look up SA John Mosqueda. He was great and always took care of me no matter what. He was a stand up guy and never once tried to take advantage of a situation to make more money.

Chris Hodgeson at the Fletcher Jones of Ontario. He's serviced all of my AMG's.

Yes, Chris was my advisor at Buena Park House of Imports. I followed him to Ontario when he got picked up Fletcher Jones. The drive isnt too bad. Service is very quick.
