New C63 Owner
Picked up my fully loaded 2012 C63 Coupe (Mercedes Canada executive demo with 4100 km) last night without ever having driven or for that matter sitting in a C-Series MB, and wow what a blast I had coming home and for several hours afterward!!
For the record, I am an 8 time BMW owner including 6 M cars (1 M5 & 5 M3s) and used to do a fair bit of track events. Recently decided that until I have the time (and cash) to commit to a fully track-prepped car, that I wont be going to the track and decided that despite all my years of dedication to BMW it was time to try out the mighty C63. Boy, was I not disappointed!
Having done a fair bit or reading beforehand, I was fully aware of the power of this beast and was pleasantly surprised. What surprised me even more are all of the electronic bells and whistles which will take ages to fully understand. The 345 page owners manual is pretty dry reading (snore).
Now it is time to start doing some mods and really getting to know the car.
Here are some pics (not the greatest) right from the dealership.

Nice score! Before you track your car, though, read this (someone just posted it recently): https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...y-problem.html

my wife bananas! :D
welcome to the MBworld!
Only thing I have to say is.... what took you so long?
all kidding aside, I think you jumped over at the best time. AMG has really stepped it in the past few years and the lineup now is truly spectacular
since you are in Toronto, try to come out to some of our events

Still Grinning!
Thanks all!
Took the really long way home to and from work yesterday and this morning and still have a huge grin on my face everytime I start her up and after I get out of the car.
I can truly understand how C63 owners spend a lot of time at the gas station and tire shops!
Now looking for 19s and have been looking on the board at all the different styles. I am leaning towards a textured black finish without polished rims.
Any recommendations?
Cheers
