Unhappy MHP Experince?

All the confusion and mistake that was taking is to the end. I wil heard back from them by next week. Hopfully everything is sort out. I delete what I said before because the problem is solved, and there shouldn't be any FAULT which what company is right or wrong. I am hoping BOCA will not make the mistake again! Thanks guys for the advise, shouldn't be blamed on anyone!!!!!!!!!!

I'm confused. MHP is a USA based company. You say the part is coming from HK. Is MHP a reseller for this other company? If so why didnt you go directly to the other company in the first place?

Because the guy never told me. He end up telling me is from BOCA when the item is shipped out

pretty sure he doesn't keep anything in stock but he is a distributor for BOCA .

well. I received the email from this guy and he made a complaint about BOCA with the order .So now it could be BOCA's mistake. They are arranging sending the correct one. I guess I will have to wait another two weeks since BOCA company are on national holiday and will not be back on next Tuesday. Anyways, I will keep you guys updated. Hopfully get a pics on the new diffuser

Exactly, you cant blame the middle man if the distributor shipped the wrong product. Who shipped it? MHP or BOCA?

he said it shipped from BOCA direct .

All I want to do is that, waiting for the new one here, and send the wrong one back to where it is. I assume BOCA will cover up the shipping. Everything will go well and everyone will be happy

if i read it correctly , he made this thread and then after posting it , found out that Boca was at fault . i was ready for a 12 page bashing of MHP but it looks like MHP is not on the hook for this one

I don't know guys.. What if MHP ordered the wrong item from BOCA & is putting the blame on them? I've ordered few items from BOCA & from other companies overseas.. And even I don't speak mandarin or Cantonese, I always received the right items.

OP, hope u get ur things sorted out no matter who is at fault, MHP should be the one covering the shipping cost.. Which I doubt they will unfortunately.

^^ If you want to play the what if game there are alot of different scenarios. What if it really was BOCAs fault, we dont really know here so I dont think its fair to imply that it was MHPs fault.

The most important thing is that the problem is getting resolved. Hope you get your new part soon and that you are satisfied with it!

Agreed jbro, I was just reversing the scenario from the other 2 posters who assume it could be Boca fault.. Anything is possible & only MHP with Boca knows the true story.

My point is no matter who is at fault, OP should be taken care of/compensated by MHP for the troubles & not go after Boca. He did not buy directly from them so it is not his responsibility to resolve this issue with MHP supplier whom is Boca.
