anyone removed the side rear panel?
im currently planning a conversion and im looking to swap the entire side rear panel of my coupe for the bs panel, rather than cutting the body up.
i want to remove the panel in one piece preserving it by just removing the rivets and/or drilling out the welds.
wondering if anyone has done this?
thanks

my wife bananas! :D
I havent done this but i believe that panel should be able to come out alone.
When I got rear ended, my rear side panel was damaged. The shop was able to remove that panel while leaving the door, trunk and other panels around it intact (bumper was damaged so it was removed aswell).
anyways.... only one way to find out

It is possible to remove the quarters PROPERLY, depending on who does it.
It is obviously not a task for an amateur. I've seen it done before, but i honestly don't know how I could possibly describe such a task.. lol
