left lane, fairly clear autobahn(good one too, looks like the A99 outside of munich), don't see much of an issue other than good job didn't think these cars could hit that speed(minus big mods)

It's the autobahn, it' s legal, and as safe as your car. My CLS 63 pp just wants you to run 50 psi tire pressure when your going to run to 300 KPH limit.
The limit I had removed when CLS 63 was tuned to 700hp.
Time to go to the Texas mile, no Autobahn here.

I only got to 255 due to the damn limiter 
I tried to get V-max at the local shop in Helsinki, Finland but they said that the V-max comes with a new ECU software so no thanks

Ya upon further research I saw more cars doing it. We could only get my friends decatted c63 up to 290-300ish on the a96.

Just make sure the tires are in good condition. Ideally with new tires or tires without plugs and patches.
Really wish there are highway sections with unlimited speed here in the US of A.
