Whizzzrattel..?
Hi All... i am new hear and excuse me if I start with a problem but I hope you can help me with a noise that I think is not healthy..!
2009 B63S AMG Brabus Estate. with 110000 km. when I start the engine I some times hear a whizing ratling noise from the top of the engine.! (engine cold)
I have serched but have only found prehaps cam chain problem?
Have any of you had problems like this.? I think it is coming from the end of the cam shaft on the left hand side.
The motor control light comes on and then go away on its own.. any one got any ideas?

Here a picture from the engine... the red highlighted circle is where are the bad noise is coming from... (just by start the engine and most of the time cold start)
