Part # For 2012 Front Bumper
I've been wanting to get a new bumper with the daytime running LEDs. Thought about ordering one through Revozport, but then realized I could use the 2012 bumper. I called and got the price from Mercedes and was told it's like $1100ish (forgot the exact amount). Does anyone have the part number that I can use to search on parts.com? I know they have the older bumper for like $600ish and I was hoping they might have it for a similar price on the website.
Also, does anyone know if it would direct plug and play coming from an '08 with the round fog lights? Would I be getting error messages all the time?

someone posted in the official c63 picture thread that it does fit without any gaps which is why i want to go ahead and try to get one. the only thing i'm worried about is if the LED daytime running lights will work without issue coming from the older foglights.

I recently ordered the Revo F1 bumper and am going to try to retrofit the fog lamp wiring harness to work with them, so that I will be able to use the dash set-up and light switch knob as OEM intended. I have heard from a few vendors that have sold them that they haven't heard any negative feedback from anyone who has gotten the LED's and had any issues. Even though they are different bumpers, same LED's, so let's keep our fingers crossed!!

I am looking for that answer as well. If no one comes through first, I might be able to relay it to you.

Well keep us posted (both) as I'm interested in getting those LED DRL.
I have a question though: when you enable DRL from your car settings menu does it turn up your xenons? Mine does. So I'm wondering if we hook up the 2012 front bumper will it turn on the xenons + LEDs?

well i figured out that 204-880-88-47 is indeed a part # and looks like it is a front bumper, but it is not on parts.com yet. i did find it on a different website, but it doesn't specify what type it is and whatnot (parktronic, headlamp washers, etc).

just an update guys:
http://www.parts.com/parts/2012/MERC...agramCallOut=1
found that they finally have the front bumpers on parts.com. i don't have parking sensors so it would only be $564 for a brand new, unpainted bumper. it's actually about $30 cheaper than the pre-facelift bumper. i'm not sure if it comes with the DRL though or if that has to be bought separately. I also haven't been able to figure out if it's simple to go from the regular fog lights to the LED DRL without getting errors on the screen and whatnot. If I can figure that out in the near future, I'm going to jump on this and get it going.

and actually, can someone look at that diagram in the link i just posted and let me know if i would have to order all the other exterior parts as well (like numbers 25, 27, 28, 30, etc)?

well just found out that the DRL do have to be ordered separately and are about $166 each. i'm just assuming then that all the rest of the exterior parts have to be ordered separately as well so it would all add up really quickly.
