evosport pulley quality????

Anyone experience terrible quality with evosport crank
under drive pulley all marked up and dented???
Kinda sucks seeing as it was 1000$.. Also the heat spacers
Come with one set oem gaskets? Guy a evosport just said need
Two sets? Well seeing as im a mb tech i know you dont reuse
Crush gaskets and the bolt for (1) are stretch bolt (torque then angle)
(2) the bolt are 40mm and u r adding 4mm (new longer bolt) ????

Ooo ya thats new came wrapped up in bubble wrap.
Guy at evosport said he needed pics of box as well as pulley.
Not sure if he knows how they ship there stuff. Told him box was fine.
Was missed or seen and wrapped and shipped.
Have you seen anything from them like this?
And act like its not there fault?

Yes, unfortunately I have had a similar experience with the company. Fortunately, purchased it through an outside vendor, so I made it there problem. But basically, the pulley that was sent and installed on my car had a horrible finish and also still needed some machining once it got to me. It was so bad that I had wondered if they looked at it, or passed QC, before it was boxed and shipped. It was so bad that I started questioning my local shop and directing my anger/frustration at them. Then in turn, my shop was having issues with getting evosport to swap it out. I ended up getting what I wanted, but the shop had to deal with it.

I hope that all works out for you. I noticed that these were your first posts. Sorry it had to be like this. All-in-all these are great cars and there are many great products/vendors on here, including evosport. I hope you stick around and see that we are all a great bunch of guys/gals, we all love our 63's, and there are many folks out here to help us.

Anyway, stick around.

No problem!! We are all here to help each other out. Sometimes members get bent out of shape, but for the most part, we are all here to help each other out. Good luck and glad my experience was helpful,

I can give you a more detailed account of what actually happened, if you like. I just gave you the condensed version, with the main gist. Just let me know.

every aftermarket vendor i have worked with has been ****ty except for vorsteiner, who was outstanding.

if they dont want to deliver a quality product or dont want to do a job right, just do a chargeback, **** them. thats what they're saying about you right now.

Not much about 5-15 whp depending mods all ready on car.
I bought more for the fact it provides a quicker rev. Less
Friction on crank.
