This is what I did on the weekend.... My new "Edition 1" Sedan
I finally had some time to do this...
My buddy and I did this over the weekend.
3M 1080 Matte Silver. Took us a total of 12hrs to complete with lots of breaks in between.
I personally like Avery Easy Slide wrapping vinyl more... but this is all we had on hand.
I'm going to do the roof in brushed black aluminum... Material should take a couple of days to arrive.
Before and after (This photo makes the wrap look a lot lighter then it really is)
The process.

Thanks everyone!
Ah the stock color is underneath... I can switch back anytime I want... But for now I'm really liking the matte silver (protects the nice paint underneath lol)

Do you think you'll have some spare black aluminium wrap to remove my exterior chrome? (doors trim, grill, trunk trim, possibly fog light?) How much would it cost?

All winter long =O(
You have to see it in person. It's a metallic matte silver. I can always wrap it something different next year.
I was trying to get it ready for cars and coffee this past Sunday.... But got too tired...and didn't want to show up with a un wrapped rear bumper hahaha!
I love the stock color... That's why I bought it hahaha! The wrap will prtect my paint over the winter. I want to see your beast!
I should.. I dunno if the supplier will sell me by the yard or an entire roll.... The entire roll 25 yards costs $1100

If you're good with your hands and have a lot of patience it's not too bad of a job to do.

Clean and prep curves and edges with alcohol
You will need approx 20 yards of material
The front bumper is pretty tricky.... 2 people would be a good idea.. One to hold the other to heat and stretch.
