Signing tomorrow - C63 November Lease Money Factor?

Hey guys, I'm making an offer tomorrow on a 2013 C63 Coupe, but wanted to verify money factor and residual. Anyone know if it's still .0016 and 57%, rolled from October? Purchase is spur of the moment, but I guess hey, why not?!
