New wrap pics
Here are some pics i took of satin black wrap on my CLK. Am posting here cause BS forum is a bit of a ghost town these days. The wrap was done by Ramspeed in Sydney and while they took their time i am very happy with it. The result is pretty much perfect and, if i do say so myself, its the best wrap job i have ever seen and i have looked at quite a few. We achieved the right level of satin vs matte and the underlying silver paint is pretty much undetectable and edges of the wrap are unidentifiable. Even trick y areas like the custom vents on the bonnet were done perfectly. I have never been happier with a mod and practically slept next to my car the night i brought it home!
If anyone in sydney needs a wrap job you would be crazy to not give Ramspeed a call.
Just for good measure i got weistec stage 2 supercharger upgrade and longtube headers so we are looking at near enough to 700hp...thought i better put new 305 tyres on the back while i was at it. All done by Ramspeed

They are made by Defillipo Exhausts in Melbourne Australia. They are opriginally designed for C63 but i took a chance and they also fit CLK BS luckily. Added 300cell cats and the note is beautiful - i had already removed the secondary cats. Louds as hell when you plant it as i knew it would be but goin gto add a couple of resonators and that should tone ti down a bit.
Its actually from Inden in Germany. Its a littel bit smaller than the stock DTM wing and i actually prefer it that way. The quality of the CF weave is first class

Must be hard to choose which car to use each day. Do you have a bowl and then blindfolded just stick your hands in and pull out a key?

If I was that rich, I'd hire people to follow me with the fleet so when I want to drive something else on the way back I'd have that option.

Thansk very much. It feels like awhole new car with the headers, stage 2 weistec and some new rubber. Car is certainly a head turner now. I love the wrap so much, really transforned the look of an already car into a more menacing presence in one's rearview mirror. my girkfriend calls it "the assassin'! She is now looking at Ramspeed doing her M3 convertible in pearlescent white!
