So picking up tomorrow-they are offering a 7 year 75,000 mile extended warranty for $3300. It is both refundable later if I sell the car or transferable if I wish. Thoughts?

That is lower than what I had been quoted. Which dealer are you working with?

Given that even minor repairs can cost $1,000, this is a good deal. I had one of my C55 which ended up more than paying for itself.

I bought a 2012 and the max duration was extra 7yr/135,00mi. I wound up buying 6yrs / 120,000 mi , at purchase car was 6mos old and had 1800mi. This was MB CPO branded warranty. Transferrable and refundable.

75K miles is a little bit low unless it's gonna be a weekend car or you're gonna sell it before reaching that mileage.
