Need Help on a new 2012 Sedan deal! Is this a good deal?

So my MB dealer knows I have been shopping around for a C63 Sedan for a while, I actually put in a build order last week, but he call me today saying that today is MB last 2012 sales day.

He does not have this car, but can get it by Friday:

C63 $59,800
799 Diamond White $1,515
221 Black Leather
H73 Carbon Fiber Trim $2,590
P31 P31 AMG Development Package: AMG Compoun
290 290 Black Nappa Leather Package: Black
319 319 Lighting Package: Bi-Xenon Headlamps
320 320 Multimedia Package: 7.0" Color Displ
471 Limited Slip Differential Lock
790 AMG 5 Spoke 18" Single-Tone Wheel
889 KEYLESS-GO
TOTAL $82,410

Sale price is $75K, 60 month lease, 2500 down, 12K miles a year, $899 a month, tax included.

Do you think that this is a killer deal? I would have to sign docs tonight...which is what he is saying...and then get the car by Friday.

What do you guys think?

That's a really long lease. Are you sure you are ready to commit to such a long term lease? The car is very nicely spec'd out!

The long lease is to get lowest payments, but I always end up selling the cars before the lease term ends. The car is about 2k below invoice, which sounds like a good deal, wanted to see what you guys think.

Am I correct in assuming it's new? If so, sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Very well spec'd except the absence of rear view camera.

I'm not sure if you can push the dealer to install one for you. Some dealers have close relationship with audio shops to have this kind of small job done within reasonable price range.

Yes
What's your financial logic around a 5yr lease and selling the car in 2 yrs vs just financing and selling the car? Curious to know if you've broken this down.

75k on an 82k MSRP is a good deal. 899 for 5yrs and 12k sounds a bit high to me though.

didn't you just get rid of one due to "financial constraints"? Not sure what kind of life you have but it seems like you are never happy with what you have.

nevertheless....have fun.

This is on a 2012? That isn't that great of a deal. You will get a serious beating for at least 36-40 months if you try to get out of the lease-you'll be upside down for most of the lease. No way would you be able to sell it after only 24months.

If you do keep it-you'll have no warranty for the last 12 months unless you go with an extended plan. You didn't mention what the residual value is after the 60 months. Bottom line-you gotta do what works for you.

IMO, 60 months is a LONG time.
