So...I haven't figured on why I can't install the diff in my C350 coupe. Are the axle housings different? I believe it is the same rear gear ratio and the diff housing uses the same mounts.

Really crappy conditions today, it's been snowing fine hail for the last 12hours. This is the slippiest worst **** that you can get during the winter. Snow gets compacted and the snow tires works well in it. But fine hail is just like so fine tires have a hard time working in that stuff.
Anyhow, I can lay down long 11s easily with my wavetrac. It locks up instantaneously. This thing works as advertised. Even in near zero traction conditions, the LSD locks up and the car moves forward. It's not as good as an AWD in the snow, but it is much better than all the FWD with open diffs that can't move out of their own way.
Highly recommend Wavetrac if you live the snowbelt.

Finally had my wavetrac installed this week and its awesome! So much fun to drive. Traction is noticeably better and I do feel the car putting the power down better. The easiest test is getting out of my driveway and turning uphill with a bit of snow on the streets. Definitely dont have the wheel slip I used to. Feel the car pushing forward without that yellow ESP activation light going on.
