Hey Guys,
I traded my C63 in this week for an S4 with full Stasis touring package. I'm already missing the AMG brutality and sound but the S4 has pleasantly surprised me so far - with the Stasis package, I've got about 9/10's the performance of a stock C63 with AWD peace of mind and a vastly superior interior (compared with my 09 C63.) The audi drive select + LSD are really impressive - I can take turns at speeds and loads my C63 could never manage, which makes the turns so much more enjoyable. The Stasis exhaust is no comparison but offers a really nice tone and growl over stock with zero drone. I know it's not as fast anywhere in the powerband, but power delivery is extremely smooth and satisfying - I don't feel like I've given up all that much in performance.

Now that AMG is going 4matic, I suspect I'll be back to the family within 2 years :-)

With that said, I have a few OEM parts for sale. i posted a thread in the W204 section and figured I'd share it here, as well.

interesting trade for sure.

my s4 friends all drool over my c63 and wish they could trade in for a c63.

a RS4 however, would be something I would personally be interested in

Congrats. There is something to be said about all wheel drive. I've always been an Audi guy and the stasis s4 is a great car. The interior is very nice especially compared to the early c63. I went from an rs4 to a black series but I'm always going to be an Audi fan.

I gave this a lot of thought before trading but I was sold after the test drive. With the Stasis package, performance is very close to a stock C63. IMO, the handling is superior to my C63 by sole virtue of the quattro - the C63 steering is MUCH better - but the Audi Drive Select technology is really a nice feature. There is a much better balance of sportiness and comfort - even with the Stasis suspension and OEM 19s...my C63 with H&R springs was a much harsher ride, especially with my 19s.

The interior is head and shoulders above my 09 C63 and the technology isn't even a comparison - the MMI is packed with features and the Bang & Oluffsen sound system blows the HK system away. The seats are also less restrictive while providing ample support for aggressive driving.

And to be completely honest, I was definitely concerned about the M156 headbolt issue that seems to have afflicted so many 09 C63s. I was just paranoid about something catastrophic happening and the prospect of fighting the dealer was something I did not want to face.

The Sprint Blue Pearl is a real eye catcher and a change of pace from my menacing C63. I'll post pics this week.

But I will definitely be back to AMG soon with the introduction of 4matic...as long as I live in the Northeast, AWD will be an important consideration.

Congrats!!! I came backwards from a 2013 S4 to 2013 C63. You'll love the S4. GIAC has a good tune on the 2013 B8.5s. Have fun and bump for you.

I still have the F14s for sale as well as the stock exhaust manifolds and OEM springs.

I'm actually quite bored with the S4 - as nice a car as it it with all my mods, it's just plain boring to drive. I am looking to trade into a GT-R this weekend - which is what I should have done from the get-go!
