MB Long Beach VPC
Any know how long the process once docked in Long Beach from Bremerhaven , VPC , customs, then Transport to Dealership?

My car made it to the Fairfield dealer on 6/6/12.

For Sure !! I live in WC , 1 mile from the Palos Verdes shopping center....but I dont think I will take delivery by then.....ship is still on the water 150 miles from Long Beach

CoolBDPhenom03 also lives close by the Palos Verdes shopping center. I would say give it a a good week to get up here once the ship has docked.

E55, 2013 C63 Coupe
My car was unloaded yesterday in Long Beach. Fortunately I live 30 minutes away from long beach. The car should pre-clear customs before landing. Mine cleared customs 2/5 (although my original ETA was 2/6) it landed 2/10. The boat was docked for at most 24 hours before leaving. Still no word on when I'll get my car though :/

My sales person no longer works there after about a month after I took delivery. Theres a new GM in there, and all the service advisors that I've spoken to are no longer there too. I heard one of the service advisors is now at the WC dealership so I'll probably take my car to WC for service even though Fairfield is about 5 miles away from me.

Jordan is an awesome tech at MB WC. They didn't charge me an analysis fee when I had that weird misfire, and I'm on extended warranty time.

I will Prolly get mine serviced there....but glad sales got new people...they wouldnt give me the time of day when I last went in and inquired about a C63..

Oh yea. I just remembered. You were the one who I was talking to about the side markers. I contacted the seller on ebay a few days ago. He said that the 2012 one is different compared to the 2013 version. The 2013 version is in development. Just in case you wanted to buy a set when your car arrives.

Finally got my car! Took 5 business days in all. Monday-Friday. They delivered it to the dealership Saturday, but I couldn't pick it up until today.
