Hi, I am considering buying a local car here in Vancouver, it is a 2009 from a dealer. The car has no factory warranty but the dealer informs me that he will be able to get me a deal on a third party warranty with max claim of 1400 several times a year.

I was worried about the head bolt issue and was wondering if anyone has experienced the issue while on a third party warranty? Does anyone have any recommendations for a third party warranty that would cover the headbolt issue? The car has 70k km's if that helps.
