Will mbh and mhp headers fit a rhd car???

I am very interested to know as I might be purchasing some

No they wont fit. They would have to be designed for Right handed cars.

There is an option though in Australia that is similiarly Excellent as the ones you stated above

He will be able to get you a set of Defellpio Long tube headers. They have shown gains of +43 rwhp on an SL63. They are 4-1 design with a 3inch merge collector. They are for RHD cars.and they sound absolutely amazing, check these out from Australia: (This is Maverick1975's SL63)
