C 300 4Matic Sport wheel offsets

I'm about to buy aftermarket wheels for my car that are listed as having 17x8, 5x112 bolt pattern, ET 44, 6.29 backspacing. Can you tell me whether these wheels will fit the 300 4Matic Sport? I don't know if the ET and backspacing numbers will rub or if they're OK. I need all the help I can get!
