Anyone take of the rear door panels?

Hello,

I was looking to do all 4 door pins and heard you have o take off panels. Anyone know how to do it properly ?

The front pins, you just twist counter clockwise. And the rears, you just pull straight up.

But I heard with the rears they don't always pop back in?

They do. Sometimes they pop back off. Just add a little silicone or glue and your good.

2010 C63 AMG, 2009 ISF , 2002 L-Tuned IS300, 2011 ML350
^^ ditto, very easy to install w/o removing the door panel. I also used crazy glue for the rear pins.

Dont push the rear too hard cuz u will need to remove the door panel if the mechanism falls off.

But I heard if you do that they stick out a little bit and are not flush. When I talk to the parts people they said the proper way for the rears was to remove the panel.
