I am looking at buying w212 e63 type II carbon hood from Boca.
Anybody who used them in here can maybe chime in on the quality?

P.S. i am buying directly from them but i saw Modern Carbon Fiber in there and other forums doing group buys

I just dealt with MCF for my race spec diffuser and v1 front lip. I do believe its mhp management but customer service was top notch and my emails were replied to rapidly. My diffuser was shipped to mcf instead by accident and they shipped it to me the same day!

Id also like to add, i was really worried because of mhps rep so i kept direct contact with boca at the same time to insure i wasnt getting played. Goodjob on MCFs part, much faster than boca at everything.

Here's what I was able to find:
Moderncarbonfiber.com pulls their homepage from bocadesignus.com.

That site (bocadesignus) is owned by a guy named Neil Goro, who is a lawyer out of San Antonio. He's listed as the president of the company. Link and Link

However, Andy Cluck (owner of MHP) is listed as a member of moderncarbonfiber.com Link.

So, long story short, yeah, probably the same group.

I will put pictures up as soon as i can! Probably tonight. Clips are cf, they all just slide into the slots perfectly. Took me about 2 minutes to get it on, started from the middle then the sides. The fins are attached to the diffuser with 3m tape and a bolt. Looks great!
