They will fit depending on the offset... need more infos.
edit: 19x8.5 , you will need +35mm to +45mm depending on how flush you want & how low is your car.
19x10 , you will need + 48mm to +55mm depending on your tires choice/size & also how low your car is.

I am not a wheel guru, but you would probably need the full wheels specs, including the offset to see if they will fit.
I know people have gone 19x9 ET40 front and 19x10.5 ET52 back and they fit.
This might help you work it out - http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator
With that wheel width I would probably say a 42 offset front and 48 offset back would be fine.
Again I am not a guru so cant be 100% sure.

19x10 +48 is very aggressive.. unless he is at stock height, or runs stretched tires... they will rub if lowered.
I would do 19x10 +52 to be on the safe side. The front has more room & combos to play with.

Generally speaking it will fit. But it all depends on what set up you go for and the look/stance you want.
I would follow Roswell advice. He's the guru

Pretty sure the offsets on a CL55 are a bit different than our cars making that fitment either really aggressive or it'll poke out. Still, no offsets were given in that post but I would guess those wheels have fronts in the 35 range and rears in the low 40 range so I don't think it would work.
But hey, never know unless you ask the seller what the offsets actually are or go check them out and bolt one up to the car.

No problem mgbrillo, but i gotta agree with Purple.. the CL55 offset is too aggressive for our cars, these wheels wont fit unless you run rubber bands tires since you have H&R coilovers.
